Technical knowledge
Manuals, maintenance reports and documented fixes. Specialist knowledge that has built up in operations over years.
Mechanical engineering · Maintenance · Skilled tradesData consulting & AI for mid-sized companies
Put your data to work — for your own AI applications, or as a new source of revenue.
I take stock of your company data, assess it, and help you use it: for in-house AI, for training and fine-tuning your own models, or for licensing it to suitable buyers.
A description of your data is enough to start.
01 / The potential
How a fault is recognised, an order is handled or a plant is inspected: that kind of data shows specialist practice. Together we look at how you can use these holdings for your own AI applications, model training, fine-tuning or external licensing.

02 / Two ways to create value
The starting point is the same: understand which data you have and what it is good for. We choose the path from your goals.
Data consulting & delivery
I take stock of your data and assess it, and I help prepare it for in-house AI — from a knowledge assistant to training and fine-tuning your own models.
Introductions & licensing
If your data is also relevant to external AI developers, I assess the licensing potential and introduce you to suitable buyers.
The hardware to match
I build and configure AI computers for use in your company. Choose the platform, memory, storage and GPUs, and request an individual quote.
Performance reference values ↗The two paths can complement each other. Consulting for internal use is also available independently of an introduction to buyers.
03 / From data to results
A clear process, and one person to talk to. You decide at the points that matter.
We record sources, formats and specialist context. With your teams, I clarify what knowledge sits in the holdings.
Result: an overview of your dataI review data quality, rights of use and possible applications. Together we prioritize benefit, feasibility and effort.
Result: a sound basis for a decisionIn-house AI, your own model, fine-tuning or external licensing: we set the goal, the approach and the success criteria.
Result: a concrete planI support data preparation, a pilot and integration — or the approach to buyers and agreeing a suitable licence.
Delivery matched to your project04 / A deliberate decision
Whether the use is internal or the licence is external, we clarify who may use your data for what, and on what terms it is processed.
Answers to your questionsWe set out which teams or service providers need access, and whether the data will be used for knowledge access, training, fine-tuning or evaluation.
We review third-party rights, personal data and trade secrets in light of the planned use and the environment you choose.
We look at preparation, implementation and ongoing operation, and at possible licence revenue. Scope and terms are agreed before you commission the work.

Yes. Taking stock of your data, assessing it, and advising on or building in-house AI are separate services. Introducing you to external buyers is optional. We can also look at both paths and weigh their requirements against each other.
We agree the scope to fit your holdings. Typical results are a data inventory, an assessment of quality and suitability, prioritized use cases, and a plan for the preparation required and the next steps. That gives you a basis for an investment decision.
Yes. I help choose the approach, prepare data, train or fine-tune a model, evaluate it and integrate it into your environment. We also check whether the goal can be met with existing models and targeted access to your knowledge. A pilot with agreed success criteria is the basis for what follows.
Companies in Germany that have their own data, built up over time, and that can clarify how it may be used. What matters is specialist context, quality and the rights in the data. Smaller, specialized holdings can be relevant too. A first view starts with a description.
The value depends on the use: internally, on the benefit of an application and the cost of building and running it; externally, on content, quality, rights and demand. I assess the relevant options with you. Licence revenue or savings cannot be promised in advance. We agree the scope and fee for consulting before you commission it.
Potential buyers are companies that develop, adapt or evaluate AI models. Before any data is shared, we agree the recipient, scope and purpose with you. This website does not name existing buyer relationships. Finding suitable interested parties is part of the introduction.
First we clarify which data could be used for the internal or external purpose you have in mind. Personal data, trade secrets and third-party rights have to be checked separately. We agree any legal and privacy reviews with you and with suitable specialists. In a first contact, please send only a general description, not raw data.
The licence sets out who may use which data for what, whether it is exclusive, and what further sharing is allowed. You decide whether to accept those terms. Model training that has already happened cannot simply be undone technically. That is why we settle the terms of use before any release.
For the first conversation, a description of the sources, formats and approximate volume is enough. If there is potential, we agree the next steps for assessment and preparation — for your internal application or a possible licence. This website does not ask you to upload your data.
